Cut tips? It was yesterday because, in terms of hairstyle, summer 2021 is all about looks that are bold, modern, and a bit edgy and ensure real change in the hair. The best example of this is the shag, which over the past few months has become the new favorite hairstyle of trendsetters and is now even competing with the popular bob. If we have only just made friends with the Shag, it will come back in a new version this summer. It's called the Collarbone Shag and is the short and super modern version of the Seventies classic.
It's rebellious, it's punk, and the next megatrend among hairstyles: the shag. This is characterized by a multitude of steps that give the mane a fringed finish and are cut a little shorter on the top of the head - keyword mullet. The hairstyle trend is based on the look of the 1970s, so you could use an old picture of Mick Jagger or Jane Fonda at the stylist's as a style template. While the tips of the shag here typically play around the chest, the hairstyle comes with a new length in summer 2021.
We now prefer to wear the shag in the collarbone - or German: collarbone - variant in which the lengths reach just above the shoulders. This gives the shag a fresh and modern summer update and is a rocky alternative for everyone for whom the bob has become too good or a bit boring.
The Collarbone Shag is a real all-rounder: While this gives fine hair with its different layers of texture and an extra portion of volume; very thick hair can be thinned out a bit by the step cut. The hairstyle trend is, therefore, suitable for really every hair type. Incidentally, the collarone shag also looks particularly cool in a duet with natural curls - if you don't have one, you can help with a perm.
And when it comes to the shape of the face, every woman can wear the collarbone shag. This even has a decisive advantage, because the length of the collarbone "opens" the face; the short layers on the top of the head also highlight the cheekbones nicely. And: if you have a high forehead, you can easily wear the collarone shag with a casual pony.
Et voilà - the probably coolest look of summer is ready. It certainly requires courage, but scores with a wonderfully effortless character and a pinch of rock'n'roll.
