French bob was yesterday, now everyone is crazy about the tucked bob. We reveal here why it is so beautiful and how to style it...
In summer, our hair is heavily stressed: Particularly hot temperatures in combination with sea salt (even if they create pretty beach waves) dry out and ensure that after the holiday we bring home not only tanned skin but also hair that really needs care as a souvenir. Then it is high time to visit the hairdresser to avoid further split ends. If you fancy a short but super easy-care cut, we would like to introduce you to the new trend bob:
Bob cuts like the French bob, the blunt bob, or the elongated bob have been inspiring us for some time. Now star hairdresser James Earnshaw has launched a new cut. Since it is shorter than a shoulder-length bob, it is a bit more daring but still cute and above all uncomplicated at the same time. Hair that has been damaged in summer gets a new bounce and you can say goodbye to split ends.
The tucked bob also beautifully accentuates the cheekbones as it ends at this height. The softly tiered tips elegantly surround the facial features. That is why it has both round and angular face shapes and gives every woman a chic and at the same time self-confident look. Even a pony does not disturb the cut but even supports it. Curtain bangs in particular look great.
As mentioned before, the tucked bob doesn't require a lot of styling effort. Earnshaw recommends leaving the hair on the back of the head natural, air-dried if possible, and only blow-drying the front parts of the face with a round brush. This ensures even more volume and liveliness. The natural hair structure can easily come into its own with this cut. Then just fix it with a little hairspray and you're done!
