The model surprises fans on Instagram with a buzz cut. Find out what is behind her great transformation here.
For her acting debut in the series "Pistols", in which Law will play the punk icon Soo Catwoman, the British model had her long hair shaved off without further ado. And the new, androgynous look suits her extremely well.
"I wanted to do something that felt liberating. The day I shaved my head changed my life. I've never tried anything like it before," Law explains in an interview. She celebrated her big hair reveal in the form of a photo series by Alasdair McLellan for the August issue of British VOGUE. The pictures show Iris Law in a completely new way: casual and extravagant at the same time. With a wide blazer, minimal make-up, and additional light blonde bleached eyebrows, she is more idiosyncratic than ever.
In the image description of the post, the model also reveals that until the big reveal of her new style - similar to Billie Eilish before the unveiling of her blonde hairstyle - she wore wigs to hide the short haircut.
In addition to a strikingly strong look, the buzz cut is above all practical and anything but time-consuming, as it requires almost no styling or product. However, depending on your taste, the hair must be trimmed regularly so as not to lose the extremely short look. In addition, especially now in summer, sunscreen should always be applied to the scalp, as short hair does not offer any protection against UV radiation. Both a head covering and a sun protection spray can be used for this.
