From neutral looks to metallic French manicures to different animal prints - according to experts, you should definitely try these styles this summer.
It is obvious: In recent years nail art has enjoyed increasing popularity. But what is on the program this year? We asked experts about their forecasts for the biggest nail trends in 2021.
"We will see a lot of nail stickers, like the one from my favorite site ManiMe, which offers great options and looks put together by talented nail artists. Following the DIY trend, simple designs will be in demand, perfect when the nails grow out between salon visits. Colored French manicure and art on a 'negative space' [recess in the lacquer] do not appear fully grown as quickly as a full-surface manicure. I especially like the metallic French manicure.

To avoid going to the salon, more and more customers contact me for individual appointments [in accordance with local Covid-19 requirements]. That creates a more intimate experience and brainstorms about colors, textures, finishes - basically anything you always wanted to ask about in a salon."

We have seen tortoiseshell, crocodile, leopard, zebra, and giraffe. From 3D effects to high gloss mixed with matte - The possibilities are endless. "

You can let off steam with different colors, either make the design look realistic like snakeskin or crocodile skin, or create a motley look with psychedelic, brightly colored nails. "

"My big manicure trend this year is a neutral look with black accents. People are also investing more time in healthy nails, which will inevitably lead to more natural manicures."
