According to Amy, it's all about the measurements. So, to know if short hair is right for you, you will need two pencils and a tape measure. Place the first pencil horizontally under your chin and the second vertically at the base of your ear. You will then need to measure the length between your lobe and the place where your two pencils meet perpendicularly (i.e. roughly towards the tip of your chin). If the distance is more than 2.25 inches (5.7 cm), long hair will look best on you, and if not, if the distance is less than 5.7 cm, then it is the long hair that will look best on you. short hair that will compliment you more. As pictures are better than a thousand words... We leave you with the tutorial.
