Long, full hair that falls smoothly over the shoulders and reaches the waist is the dream of many. In the real world, long hair demands a lot of care and attention, from regular tip trimming to having the right textures and tools for daily grooming. It is also worth trying out a sophisticated haircut and different styling options every now and then so that long hair doesn't just fall straight down and look conservative or boring. As always, inspiration for trendy hairstyles is provided by the current runway looks - et voilà, in summer 2021 these three hairstyle trends will be right at the top of the popularity list for long hair...
If long hair could not be groomed smoothly and accurately enough in the past season, everything will be shaken and loosened up this season! Thanks to light layers and XL bangs like back in the 1970s, simple long hairstyles are now turning into exciting shaggy long hair.
Styling tip: Blow-dry freshly washed hair with a round brush and shake it up. For a quick refresh in between, put some dry shampoo or styling mousse on the roots and loosen up with spread fingers.

The paddle brush with extra soft natural bristles is now being replaced by the coarsely-toothed comb and tangle teezers made of plastic, because from now on long hair is no longer groomed and blow-dried, but rather combed sideways into a casual wet look. Saves an incredible amount of time and can be wonderfully combined with intensive care, such as a hair mask or hair oil.
Styling tip: When choosing a hair gel, look for a texture that does not dry and set, but is specifically suitable for wet, flexible looks.

Back to nature - this has long been the motto when it comes to hair color and coloring. To give long hair more light reflections and movement, balayage methods that are (time-) consuming brushed into the hair are extremely popular. From multi-colored variants with a strikingly dark approach to lighter tips, the trend is now back to classic highlights and babylights. Brings sun into your hair and looks (especially around your face) as if someone has switched on the light.
Styling tip: Regardless of the original hair color, lightened strands always need extra care so that the hair does not dry out or become brittle and dull. Daily as a conditioner and two to three times a week in the form of hair treatment.
