Rinse your hair with beer, wrap it in a microwave-heated towel, give your scalp a coffee grounds scrub... discover our 40 tips to pamper your head without getting caught!
Colorations, discolorations, heating devices, chlorine, salt, wind... every day, our hair is subjected to a multitude of attacks. Dry, damaged, even brittle, they no longer have their former vigor and we sometimes look gray when we wake up when we discover them. And if we know that using adapted care helps to strengthen them, we sometimes forget that other simple actions, to adopt on a daily basis, are just as essential to their good health. We have gathered 40 of them, from the most notorious (start by disentangling your hair by the ends, rinsing it in cold water, having it cut regularly at the hairdresser...) to the less known. Did you know, for example, that avocado, banana, yogurt, and honey have no place in cooking, but that they can also nourish and hydrate your hair, respectively? Does that cold air fix a hairstyle where the heat softens it? That cornstarch can work well as a natural dry shampoo? Does that aloe vera replace artificial gels? We hope these simple hair tips help you achieve beautiful hair without quartering it.
