That's hair-raising. Unfortunately, fine hair tends to fall flat. In order to get a real lion's mane, however, you don't necessarily have to go to the expensive star hairdresser. With the right tricks, it can also be done cheaply at home. We'll show you how your hair looks thicker and how you can conjure up more hair fullness. What are you waiting for? Go for the hairdryer!
A step cut provides significantly more volume even with fine hair. This gives your hair more bounce and movement, which automatically makes it look fuller. You can of course vary the strength of the stages. A few shorter strands at the front provide significantly more volume. If you want something a little more extravagant, feathery steps are also suitable.
It couldn't be easier. By changing the side of your part, you can add volume in no time. If you like to part in the middle, you can conjure up more hair with this trick: Comb your hair while blow-drying it with a paddle brush, alternating from one side to the other. Only at the end do you pull your middle parting with a comb.
If you blow-dry your hair upwards, it gets more stability and thus automatically more volume. This works particularly well if you blow-dry yourself upside down. It might look weird, but it works great! Special hair dryer attachments, such as diffusers, are also great.
There are now numerous products that provide more volume even for fine hair. Products that say "Hair Thickener" or "Plumping Mouse" promise thicker hair. The hair lengths are coated with the product, which ensures a thicker mane.
