Curl tricks: Curls without heat are so easy...
Corkscrew curls, beach waves & Co.: The best tips for curly hairstyles without any curling irons, straightening irons, or curlers...
Curls in the hair have never been as popular as they are now. Even the perm from the 80s is making a comeback. These three methods are perfect for anyone who doesn't want to commit themselves and wants to keep trying out new curl styles. The highlight: You don't even need to get straightening irons, curlers, or curling irons for the curls, because our curls work without any heat or styling tools.

Hour-long blow-drys and time-consuming straightening procedures are a thing of the past. For glamorous waves, heat is actually not necessary. In order to lay the delicate waves in the mane, you only need a styling aid that you are guaranteed to have at home anyway.
That's how it's done:
Spritz on some texturizing spray on your hair. Get an elasticated hairband. Then put the headband on the hair. Take the lengths and twist them into the hairband. Leave the band on for about five hours or wear it overnight. Put some hairspray in the lengths before opening, done! And psst… If you have very long hair, just use socks. To do this, clip socks in at the base of your head and wrap your hair around them in a criss-cross pattern. Secure at the bottom with a hair tie.
There is no look more casual than beach waves. And we don't only wear them - as the name might suggest - on the beach, but also in the office, at parties, or in winter stylishly with oversized hats. Practical: We don't need any styling tools for beach waves, they can be conjured up overnight in no time at all.
That's how it's done:
First, apply some mousse or salt spray to damp hair. Then braid two braids on the sides. Leave the braids in your hair overnight and undo them the next day for perfect beach waves.
Hard to believe, but true: You can even get really strong corkscrew curls without a curling iron. The means to an end are not hair curlers, but simply small hair ties.
That's how it's done:
Divide the damp (!) hair into strands about two centimeters wide. Twist the hair into small, tight coils and secure with a thin braid. Repeat with all strands and then fix with hairspray. Leave in hair overnight or at least five hours, then loosen. Then use hairspray to hold the curls.
And for those who are in a hurry and don't want to wait long: Often it's enough to put some salt spray in the lengths, make a big bun and after half an hour scrunch your hair with your fingers.
