“House of Gucci” is not due to be released until the end of November, but it is already the most anticipated film in 2021. And not just among fashion fans. Because with the actors Adam Driver, Lady Gaga, Al Pacino, Jared Leto, and Jeremy Irons, director Ridley Scott has brought the Who's Who of Hollywood to the side.
We almost didn't recognize her: Salma Hayek wears bright red hair on the set of "House of Gucci"...
Because the crime thriller is about the murder of the former head of the Gucci fashion house Maurizio Gucci (played by Adam Driver) by his ex-wife Patrizia Reggiani (Lady Gaga), the costumes are of course a real eye-catcher. Numerous pictures from the set that circulated on Instagram have already provided a first impression. Especially Lady Gaga with a dark brown bob hairstyle and Adam Driver with retro glasses just look incredibly good.
Now another actress on the set of "House of Gucci" is making headlines. No less a person than Salma Hayek will take on the role of the Neapolitan fortune teller and fortune teller Giuseppina "Pina" Auriemma. And because she had red hair in real life, the 54-year-old actress now showed herself with a blatant makeover.

The hair of the Mexican-American actress is about shoulder length and styled to the side parting and comes in very natural, slightly frizzy waves. However, the hair color is far from natural. Because while Salma Hayek actually has dark brown hair, her head now shines bright red for “House of Gucci”.
A stark look that is enhanced by the actress's styling. Because in keeping with the era of the 80s and 90s, in which "House of Gucci" is set, the 54-year-old wears a dark blue set made of fluffy Nicki fabric as well as numerous gold chains, retro sunglasses, and western boots with a star print.
With such a stark hairstyle change, it's pretty likely that Salma Hayek's red hair is a wig. An indication: the Hollywood star still shows her signature look on her own Instagram account.
But: Even if Salma Hayek's bright red hair is fake, that doesn't detract from the anticipation of “House of Gucci”!
