Even celebrities are longing for a hair change after months of lockdown. One actress who took the plunge and opted for a bold new spring hair color is Sarah Hyland. The 30-year-old, whose natural hair color is brown, has chosen the most beautiful shade that we can imagine for the warmer season: soft copper red with blonde highlights.
Responsible for the change was none other than stylist Nikki Lee from the celebrity hair salon "Nine Zero One" in West Hollywood. She revealed to Allure: "Dying red hair is easier said than done. Depending on the porosity of the hair, the red color can look rather monotonous."
To prevent this, she treated Hyland's hair with a special shine treatment for protection and loosened up the copper red with soft blonde highlights. "She's wanted the change for so long and now we've finally made it. The color goes perfectly with her light skin tone and is ideal for spring," said Lee.
